Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse
all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without
undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we are informed
of your decision. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment
as the original transaction. No fees will be charged as a result of the
reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods
back or you have provided evidence of return, whichever is earliest.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14)
days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct
cost of returning the goods.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply to all products purchased from our store in
accordance with the laws of your country of residence. If the delivered goods
are defective, you are entitled to the statutory rights applicable in your
jurisdiction, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
9. Dispute Resolution

nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer

10. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the
validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
For consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory consumer
protection provisions of the consumer's country of habitual residence shall
apply where they provide greater protection than these Terms.
