You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory warranty rights (Mängelhaftungsrecht) apply to all products purchased from our store. If the delivered goods are defective, you are entitled to the statutory rights.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG ). For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that the granted protection is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
