At Asteric Digital Commerce LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear purchase. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your items in accordance with German consumer protection laws.
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
As a consumer residing in Germany, you have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal Period: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
How to Exercise Your Right: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided in our Terms and Conditions, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Effects of Withdrawal and Refunds
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
Refund Timeline: We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Refund Method: We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction (e.g., Shop Pay, Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay), unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Retention of Refund: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
3. Returning the Goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Return Shipping Costs: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
To ensure a full refund, please return the items in their original condition:
•Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
•With all original tags still attached.
•In the original packaging (if applicable).
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
•Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
•Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., underwear, swimwear, if the hygiene seal has been removed).
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contacto@asteric.com.mx with photos of the defect. We will resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory warranty rights (Mängelhaftungsrecht), which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs for the defective item.
